 Karen is absolutely amazing in the wedding and events business! Our wedding was in mid-October, and we got hit by a random heavy snowstorm in Red River. On the morning of our big day, our big outdoor tent collapsed with all the chairs, tables, and everything inside, and then the power went out for hours.
Karen and her team jumped in right away and went above and beyond to come up with solutions. She found us an indoor venue at no extra cost and they got straight to work in the dark because of the power outage. Thankfully, the power came back on with 20 minutes to spare, which was a huge relief. But even if it hadn’t, Karen and her staff had the venue set up so beautifully, it would have been a lovely evening no matter what.
Thanks so much, Karen, for everything! You turned a potential disaster into an amazing and unforgettable wedding day. Your service and dedication are truly the best!

 Karen was unbelievably helpful as we planned a wedding two states away from Kansas. From the first time she met with my daughter and her fiancé we knew what was expected, what we could ask and what we were needing to find out.
Everything was detailed and upfront.
Even if there were tense moments, Karen kept her cool and was the consummate professional in the situation.
Watching her “coordinate “all of the vendors was unbelievable.

 Karen with KWK Events is amazing!!! She made our dream wedding a reality! We live out of state and she made sure that every detail was perfect and fell into place.   Karen went above and beyond to ensure all of our hopes and dreams came true!  She was persistent with communication and followed up with our wedding party even after the event concluded.  I feel like she is part of my family.  Highly recommend KWK Events!  Even in the midst of a Pandemic, I never doubted her efforts in making the best of the situation. Just weeks before the event, our rehearsal dinner plans changed. Even though I lived far away in Texas and she was planning my destination wedding in New Mexico, I trusted her judgment in making the best decision for our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect!  I prayed for a Winter Wonderland Wedding, and received it!  Karen went the extra mile and was so detail oriented.  My mind was at ease and I put my full trust in her. I highly recommend you do the same. She will not disappoint!

 We couldn’t have asked for a better event planner than Karen Kelly at KWK Events in Red River. She was very attentive to our needs and has such a great heart. Every time we called her with concerns or dilemmas she would come right over or work on it and called us back in a timely manner. Our daughter and new son in laws wedding went off without a hitch. It was beautiful and I just can’t say enough about Karen Kelly at KWK Events. I would highly recommend. talking early and talking often - it went a long way to easing my mind as the big day got closer. Pre-wedding jitters are a real thing! She was very responsive. I got married just outside of Taos, but am from Northern California. She has all the appropriate connections for a wedding in the enchanted circle area. She truly understands how important this day is for everyone and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure all the little details are taken care of. I was so very happy with this day. Both my family and my husband's family really liked Karen as well. I highly recommended Karen's expertise and service!
