New Mexico Marriage License Information
A New Mexico marriage license must be obtained from a county seat clerk's office. Red River is not a county seat. The closest to the Enchanted Circle is Clayton, Raton, or Taos. You may need an appointment in advance and you may have to plan a day just to obtain this as governmental office are only open Monday through Thursday or Friday and closed on weekends and holidays.
